Are your products Hyopallergenic?
YES! All Stainless-Steel products are Hypoallergenic, so don't worry about any breakouts or rashes.
Our Surgical Grade Stainless Steel will never fade, tarnish or turn skin green, even when worn in the ocean or pool.
Does your jewelry tarnish or turn skin green?
Our jewelry is made with 316L surgical grade stainless steel. 316L is used in surgical tools and is extremely safe for many skin types and won't turn your skin green. It won't oxidize or tarnish like other metals.
What is PVD?
PVD is Physical Vapor Deposition coating technology. This PVD process vacuum seals the coating of 18K gold, 18K rose gold, and rainbow directly onto the steel. This creates very durable jewelry.
How do you clean the jewelry?
All orders come with a microfiber jewelry pouch & cleaning cloth.
How long does it take to process an order?
If your order is placed before 3 PM Pacific Time, we will ship your order within 48 hours. If we need more time during holiday hours, we will let you know at the top of our website.
Custom orders may need more time due to custom graphics and customer approvals.

What is the return policy?
Custom engraved items cannot be returned. If there is an error, we will work with you to make it right.
If the product shows a defect within 3 months of ordering, we will work with you on a replacement. Normal wear and tear will not be considered.
